You can now contact your GP about a problem or query using our online consultation service. Please click on the above link at any time where you can explain the problem and a GP will contact you either by telephone or email.
We aim to respond to all queries the same working day but there may be some delay at very busy times.
We have now received our CQC report. This can be found by clicking on the CQC tab on the right hand side of the screen.

Repeat Prescription Changes
There have been changes to how you obtain your repeat prescriptions. In future, when you request your repeat medication, the prescription will be sent electronically to the pharmacy that you nominate. If you still prefer to collect the prescription yourself, so you can take to any pharmacy, that can still continue. However, the electronic service should be quicker so we would like patients to nominate their chosen pharmacy.
To do this please let your pharmacy know that you wish them to be your nominated pharmacy.
It is most helpful if you are able to order your repeat medication on-line via our website or by smart phone app as this will speed up the process. Please ask at reception for details.
With the new system in place, you should be able to simply order on-line (at any time) and collect from the pharmacy, or our Chilcompton Dispensary, approximately 3 working days later. If you do not have access to the internet or have a smart phone, then just drop your repeat slip in as normal and collect from your pharmacy in the same way as you do.
